【摘要】：Inpast several years, China has made bold and innovative moves, such as AsianInfrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP), development of a multitude of intercontinental transportation andeconomic infrastructures and so on to establish palpable linkage with the worldbeyond China in real-time and real-space. In this talk, I will discuss atlength the underlying challenge, namely “cultural communication,” facing China and what fundamental step China has initiated inthe past few years with gusto to mitigate it.

【講座人簡介】：馮達(dá)旋教授現(xiàn)任澳門大學(xué)全球事務(wù)總監(jiān)兼校長特別助理。馮教授是世界著名的理論核物理學(xué)家，是具有東西方大學(xué)教學(xué)、科研管理和辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的高級(jí)專家。他曾任美國德克薩斯大學(xué)達(dá)拉斯分校負(fù)責(zé)科研的副校長、臺(tái)灣成功大學(xué)執(zhí)行副校長、臺(tái)灣清華大學(xué)（新竹）高級(jí)副校長，美國五百強(qiáng)企業(yè)SAIC副總裁。馮教授現(xiàn)在是13所中國大陸頂尖大學(xué)的客座或榮譽(yù)教授，以及中國大陸、馬來西亞與印度尼西亞多所大學(xué)的董事或?qū)W術(shù)科技顧問。
